By accessing, browsing, or using the b9gmae platform — including the website at b9gmae.net, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all services offered therein — you enter into a legally binding agreement with b9gmae ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with b9gmae's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific supplementary rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using b9gmae and must not attempt to register an account or deposit funds. b9gmae reserves the right to refuse access to any individual who does not or cannot legally accept these terms.

4. Suspicious Activity: You must notify b9gmae's support team immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
5. KYC Compliance: b9gmae reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or the withholding of withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

b9gmae accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by b9gmae, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction limits.

Any unauthorised use of b9gmae's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination, civil legal action, and referral to relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9gmae, its directors, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors caused by factors outside b9gmae's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from bets placed in error by the player, including incorrect stake amounts, unintended market selections, or failure to read applicable game or betting rules.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or by the player's failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the b9gmae platform that is subsequently updated or corrected.

b9gmae's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to b9gmae in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
